Lolita is one of the only two students to have been certified by the creator of the Joseph Pilates method in 1967. This makes her the only student still alive who has been able to discover her last work and can to date transmit the latest evolutions of the Pilates method as Joseph taught them before his death.
After more than 5 years of preparation, Lolita San Miguel is finalizing her complete Pilates training course which fully integrates her more than 56 years of professional experience in the movement of the human body with the Pilates method and all the heritage she has received. from Joseph and Clara Pilates.
